PLOT / STORY OF WELCOME

The story is about Uday Shetty (Nana Patekar) and Majnu Bhai (Anil Kapoor), two underworld dons who want their sister Sanjana (Katrina Kaif) to get married to a decent, non-criminal family.

Sanjana falls in love with Rajiv (Akshay Kumar), a simple and honest guy who lives with his uncle Dr. Ghungroo (Paresh Rawal). Rajiv is unaware that Sanjana is a don's sister.

To impress Dr. Ghungroo, Uday and Majnu try to act like sharif (decent) people. They join acting classes, try to learn manners, and create funny situations. Meanwhile, another don RDX (Feroz Khan) wants his son Lucky to marry Sanjana.

How Rajiv manages to convince both families, how Uday and Majnu's real identity is revealed, and how everything ends in a funny climax in a film shoot is the full comedy story. The climax on the burning film set is still remembered.
