Plot: What Is Oxygen About?

Sanjeev (Gopichand) is a commando in Indian Army who comes to Hyderabad on leave. He meets Shruti (Raashii Khanna) and falls in love. But Shruti's family is in trouble - her brother is missing and her family is being threatened by a powerful don Raghupathy (Jagapathi Babu).

Sanjeev decides to help them. As he investigates, he finds that Raghupathy is not just a land mafia, but is connected to a big drug smuggling racket. There is also a twist - Sanjeev is not actually Sanjeev. His real identity is linked to Anu (Anu Emmanuel) and a past revenge story.

Why is he hiding his identity? What is his connection with Oxygen? The second half reveals that Oxygen is not just the title - it is about how a soldier is like oxygen for the country. The climax has heavy action in forest and port with Gopichand's one-man army fight.
