Plot Summary
Ram Nandan clears the UPSC exam to become a District Magistrate and is posted to Visakhapatnam. On his way, he is attacked by a gang sent by his former college rival, "Sand" Simha, involved in illegal sand mining protected by Minister Bobbili Mopidevi. Mopidevi, the son of Chief Minister Bobbili Sathyamoorthy and brother of Home Minister Bobbili Munimanikyam, aspires to become Chief Minister but fears losing the position to his elder brother.
As DM, Ram takes a stand against corruption by raiding illegal operations, exposing adulteration, and demolishing illegal constructions, earning respect in the district.
Ram's backstory reveals he initially pursued MBBS but struggled with anger issues. His love, Deepika, advised him to pursue civil services and discouraged him from joining the police due to his violent tendencies. After missing the IAS cutoff by six marks, Ram became an IPS officer, causing Deepika to leave him. He later reappears to take the exam again, qualifies as an IAS officer, and searches for Deepika.
